FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW LONG DOES EACH DRAWING TAKE?

I can draw roughly up to 20 people per hour at max speed. It does also depend on the complexity of your outfit, for example if you are wearing a stunning Camilla dress, I may take a bit longer like 10 mins; however if you are wearing all one colour then it would only take 2 mins. 

A rough guide:
2 hrs - draw up to 40 people
3 hrs - draw up to 60 people
4 hrs - draw up to 80 people

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU NEED, HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

I will provide all the drawing materials and unless you have specific branding and logos for your company, I will be happy to provide the drawing paper customised to your event. All I need from you is a table and chair at the venue.
To be drawn you just come up and stand in front of me and I will take a picture and I will sketch you while you enjoy the party and then pickup your sketch at the end. Usually it takes a few people to start it off then afterwards everyone gets so excited and there will be a long line. So always I advise to get in early to be drawn.

WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU DRAW AT?

If you have numerous guests then my service will be a great addition for your event! For example; brand activations, product launches, shopping centre activations, weddings, work functions, bridal shower, baby shower, the races, luncheons…

DO YOU TRAVEL OUT OF MIAMI FOR SKETCHING EVENTS?

Yes! I accept bookings for live-sketching events across the globe. There is an additional travel fee for any event outside of Miami to be paid at time of booking deposit. I've traveled to Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, cruising and across the United States.

DO YOU WORK WITH PRIVATE CLIENTS OR ONLY BRANDS?

Yes, I work with private clients as well as brands. I’ve done custom illustrations of just about anything one could imagine.  I have been commissioned to illustrate  for brides, children,  homes, and pets.  Additionally, I live sketch at private party bookings such as weddings, bridal showers, Bat- Mitzvahs, and birthday celebrations. I have worked with leading private event planners and collaborated with them to create custom illustrations for decor such as illustrated dance floors, life size blow ups of the guest of honor, and sign sign-in boards. Basically, you name it, and it can be done.

WHAT MEDIUMS DO YOU USE TO CREATE YOUR CUSTOM FASHION ILLUSTRATIONS?

I use a wide variety of mediums including pencil, watercolor, gouache, marker, ink and occasionally charcoal. Each illustration is custom and requires different tools and supplies. Everyday I find myself reaching for new things and digging for tools, paints and papers that I have stored in my studio.
